Refund & Cancellation Policy

At XPERTAX AUDITING BAZAAR PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to provide professional and efficient services.

Cancellation Requests

Clients may request cancellation before commencement of service.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made by the client

  • Payment made for a service that cannot be initiated due to reasons solely attributable to the Company

  • Incorrect payment processing

Non-Refundable Services

No refund shall be provided where:

  • Work has already commenced

  • Documents have been reviewed or processed

  • Applications have been filed with any authority

  • Government fees or statutory charges have been incurred

  • Delays arise due to client-side issues

  • Applications are rejected by government authorities due to eligibility or compliance issues

Government Fees

Government fees, statutory charges, filing fees, certification charges, and third-party payments are strictly non-refundable.

Proposal and Advisory Services

Professional consultation, advisory, opinion, drafting, compliance review, audit, taxation, and business advisory services are non-refundable once delivered.

Processing of Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 to 30 business days through the original payment method wherever possible.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding refunds shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
